1 Introduction & Acceptance

To open an account on 33bdw, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

  • Active mobile number and email address

2.2 Document Verification

The 33bdw security team may request documents at any time to verify your identity, address, and payment method. Failure to provide the requested documents in a timely manner may result in a temporary suspension of transactions on the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

33bdw supports transactions via the most widely used mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh. All payment-related activities are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required.

3.4 Ownership of Funds

Deposited funds must belong solely to the registered account holder. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted, and 33bdw reserves the full right to verify any suspicious transactions.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus offer at 33bdw is subject to specific conditions. You are advised to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
  • Using a bonus through any unauthorized method may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
  • 33bdw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus abuse through multiple accounts is detected, both accounts will be closed.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The 33bdw platform offers betting on cricket and other sports, live casino, slot games, and fishing games. Each category has its own specific gaming rules, which are detailed on the relevant page.

5.1 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

  • If an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded at the original stake amount.
  • If a bet is not properly confirmed due to a technical error, it will be considered void.
  • If there is a clear error in the odds or conditions, 33bdw reserves the right to cancel that bet.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Placing bets against yourself to claim bonuses (arbitrage betting)
  • Placing bets using any automated software or bot
  • Any manipulation of the platform's software or game interface
  • Using the service in a fraudulent or dishonest manner

5.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting are variable. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. No bet will be considered final until it has been confirmed.

6 VIP Program Terms

The 33bdw VIP program has five tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers step by step through regular play and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

6.1 VIP Tiers & Cashback Rates

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6.2 Tier Change Policy

VIP tier determination and changes depend on 33bdw's own evaluation process. 33bdw reserves the right to change VIP tiers, benefits, or cashback rates at any time. Cashback benefits are provided on a weekly basis.

7 Fair Play & Security

33bdw is committed to operating a safe and fair platform. Our gaming system is secured by SSL encryption and operates in accordance with fair play principles.

7.1 Technical Security

9 Account Suspension & Closure

  • Suspicious money laundering activity
  • If a minor user's details are found
  • Evidence of using the service from a restricted region

9.1 Closing Your Account Yourself

10 Limitation of Liability

The 33bdw platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 33bdw is not liable for the following:

  • Bets or games interrupted due to loss of internet connection
  • Payment delays caused by third-party technical issues
  • Losses resulting from insecure use of an account
  • Service disruptions due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure)

11 Right to Modify Terms

33bdw reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the site. Continued use of the site will be considered acceptance of the latest Terms.

For significant changes, an attempt will be made to send a notification to the registered email. However, even if the notification is not received, the latest version published on the site will be considered the applicable terms.
